Cold Case Carries Death Sentence

Death sentence in 1975 case serves as protocol for cold cases by Chicago Suburban Child Abuse Cult.

#AceNewsReport – Lloyd Lee Welch Jr., 60, entered his plea in a Virginia court Tuesday. Welch is accused of snatching 12-year-old Sheila Lyon and 10-year-old Katherine Lyon in March 1975…………..Authorities believe he burned the girls’ bodies on a remote mountain in Bedford County, Virginia, where his family owned land, they were never recovered #AceNewsDesk reports

The first-degree felony murder charges carry the possibility of a death sentence, but it wasn’t known before the hearing if prosecutors had agreed not to pursue the death penalty in exchange for Welch’s guilty pleas.
He was scheduled to go on trial Tuesday, but his trial request was withdrawn last week…….The Washington Post reported that Welch plans to plead guilty in an agreement that will also resolve two unrelated sexual assault cases against him………Welch is already serving a long prison term in Delaware for sexually molesting a 10-year-old girl……

International Child Kidnapping

Kidnapped children belong with their natural parents. #ChicagoSuburbanChildAbuseCult

Tennessee Has Jurisdiction to Determine Whether Returning to Home Country Is in Child’s Best Interest: In re Domingo C.L.

Facts: Child was born in Guatemala 16 years ago. Child’s father abandoned the family over four years ago. Child’s mother struggled to provide for the family, which forced Child to drop out of school after the sixth grade because his mother was too poor to pay for him to continue. After dropping out of school, Child worked in the cornfields. Child’s family ate once or twice a day and typically ate only the corn they grew.
In 2015, Child left Guatemala and traveled to the United States, where he was apprehended by immigration authorities. He was placed in the temporary custody of his paternal uncle in Tennessee. Child has lived in Tennessee since that time, and has been enrolled in school in Tennessee.
In 2016, Child’s uncle petitioned for the appointment of a guardian for Child requesting, among other things, a specific finding regarding whether it is in Child’s…

Let's Get it Right

Make no mistakes..

Just to be Clear Karen

Karen Woodall is concerned.  She wants to make it clear that nothing in her proposed model for the pathology of “parental alienation” was derived from AB-PA.  I haven’t read her book yet.  I’m still on vacation in Oregon.  I’m sure her book will be waiting for me on my doorstep when I get home.
So Karen, I just wanna be clear on this, you’re saying that there is nothing in your current book that you derived from AB-PA?  That’s what you saying, right?  That you incorporated nothing from AB-PA into the model for the pathology that you are proposing we use, right?
It is entirely 100% you – that’s what you’re saying, right?
This is the model you’ve been using and developing and proposing for the past 25 years, right?  Nothing from AB-PA.

Hot Conviction for Cold Case

At last ..

A man who carried out a horrific catalogue of abuse on women and children over 24 years has been jailed for life.
Colin Gillies went on trial at Aberdeen Sheriff Court last year, facing 20 charges.
They included assaulting three women and a child to the danger of their lives at properties in Inverbervie, Aberdeen and Turriff.
The offenses happened between 1990 and 2014.
A jury found him guilty of 18 of the violent offenses after deliberating for less then two hours, and the case was referred to the High Court in Edinburgh due to its severity.
And yesterday, judge Lady Carmichael jailed the 52-year-old for at least 39 months – but warned there was was no guarantee he would be released after that.
She placed him on a lifelong restriction order, which means he would only be released from prison if it was deemed safe to allow him to.

Awareness Becomes Control

Exposure is inevitable!

Superb article from Anne Wade which joins many dots in Rochdale and beyond. She shows the value of unearthing abuse from years ago and the effects it is still having today.
The legacy of child abuse in an English town – Why the roots of historic child sexual abuse must be dug out

Should old and dead paedophiles be left in peace? By bringing out detailed stories of historic childhood abuse we may give relief and justice to survivors, but do we benefit the rest of the community? Or does this engage resources that are better applied to current abuse? Is there any harm in simply saying the past is past, and putting all our energy into how we treat children in the…
