The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding a fugitive accused of sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl and giving her a sexually transmitted disease.

According to Deputy Rod Carroll, Joshua Kole Williams, 24, is charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. He's white, about 5'10" and weighs 150 pounds.

#‎AMBERALERT‬ Stranger Abducts 10-year-old girl: On February 18th, 2014 at 4:48 p.m. the Springfield, Missouri Police Department was dispatched to a child abduction call at 3247 W. Lombard Street. Hailey Owens, age 10 (DOB: 08/18/2003) was approached by an unknown suspect and then pulled into his vehicle.
The suspect is a white male, and may be driving in a gold Ford Ranger. The license plate nu...mber may be one of two possibilities: 1YF454 or 1YS454.
Hailey M. Owens is a white female, 5’2” tall, weighing 90 pounds with long brown hair, brown eyes and pierced ears. Owens was last seen wearing blue jean shorts and purple sandals

One in every 25 children in Tulsa County, or at least one student in every classroom, will suffer from some form of abuse or neglect.
That's the latest statistic from the Child Abuse Network, which, along with law enforcement and child services groups, helps those affected by abuse inform the proper authorities, said managing director Rose Turner during an interview last week.
